Welcome to Austin Promotional Products. Thank you for taking the time to review the following basic rules that govern your use of our promotional products Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions listed below.


All prices displayed on the Austin Promotional Products website are cited in U.S. dollars. Austin Promotional Products will add shipping and handling fees and, if applicable, sales tax. Austin Promotional Products reserves the right to discontinue or change specifications and prices on promotional merchandise and services offered without prior notice and without incurring any obligation to the customer. Products displayed on this site are available while supplies last. Austin Promotional Products has the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove/edit content.

Austin Promotional Products shall not be liable for any act beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts or negligence of third parties, any delays in delivery including delays in prepayment for promotional products, delays from client side, proof approval delays, delays in submission of print-ready artwork, equipment failure, unavailability of supplies, strikes, lock-outs, war, fire, flood, or any other Act of God, any law, regulation, or other act or order of any court or governmental agency, or delays, unavailability, errors, or other failures of the Internet or other data networks. 

Austin Promotional Products is not responsible for any typographical errors.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Product/Color Appearance

We have made every effort to display products and colors that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, the product delivered may deviate slightly from the image viewed on the website due to, but not limited to, the following factors: system capabilities of your computer to display images and colors or manufacturing processes.


Austin Promotional Products inspects all art submitted to ensure that it will reproduce well on the promo items selected. In the event that the art is not usable for a quality imprint on our logo products, we will contact you with options. If necessary, we are able to assist you in creating quality artwork. We utilize the most widely used and recommended graphic and layout programs with our powerful graphic systems. In most cases, art prep work is done at no charge. Production time will begin after approval of the art. Please contact us first if rush service is required.

Overrun/Underrun for Printed Products

Austin Promotional Products makes every attempt to ship exact quantities. Due to our post-production quality control efforts and the high speed of the custom production process, there is the potential for up to 10% over/underruns. Over/under runs for plastic bags may vary from 10% - 25%. We will only invoice for the actual quantity shipped.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Austin Promotional Products is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality promotional products and customer service. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately at 1(512) 842-5139 or email support.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our industry, all properly decorated products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Blank merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to the necessary freight costs to return the product back to the factory and must be communicated to Austin Promotional Products within 5 business days of receipt of the blank merchandise. Not all blank products are returnable. Incomplete, partial, and/or unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Any and all custom properly decorated products returned in violation of this policy will be rejected or discarded at Austin Promotional Products' discretion.

Refunds Policy

If you received a product or order in error, please contact our customer service within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise. Claims made after this time will not be reviewed. Before Austin Promotional Products. can begin to process a claim, a sampling of the goods (quantity will be determined at Austin Promotional Products.’s discretion) must be provided for us to review. We will supply a pre-paid shipping label within 24 hours of receiving a claim. Claim review and processing may take up to 5 business days to complete from the date of receipt of the goods in question. Any credits, returns, or refunds will be processed within 2 business days after a claim review completion unless otherwise noted. In the case of a customer error or unauthorized return (including rejected shipments), the customer is fully responsible for the return freight back to Austin Promotional Products or our partner factory, unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within the stated time frame. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately at 1 (512) 842-5139 or via e-mail to support@austinpromotionalproducts.com. Please Note: we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order, that has begun production, however, we will make every effort to comply with your request. Once you approve the Order Acknowledgement and Digital Artwork Proof, the order is initiated and production begins.

All Order Cancellations are charged $45.00 service fee plus any production charges accrued at the time of cancellation. Production charges include, but are not limited to, artwork charges, logo setup charges, digitizing (embroidery) charges, restocking fees (15% of item price), and shipping charges. Please make your selections carefully and thoughtfully.

Shipping & Handling Charges

The prices listed do not include shipping & handling charges. All merchandise is shipped FOB origin - we prepay shipping costs and add it to the invoice. Merchandise is shipped either via Fed Ex, UPS, or truck depending on weight, date needed and delivery location. Freight savings based on negotiated rates are another way Austin Promotional Products saves you money.

International Shipments

We are happy to work with our international friends. If requesting delivery for shipment outside the United States, please provide us with your UPS or FedEx International shipping account number to ensure that all applicable duties and freight are paid. A $10 foreign document charge may also apply.

Sale Pricing & Promotional Offers

Discount offers, including on-sale promotional products, may not be combined with any other offers.

Promotional offers may not be combined with other sales, offers, custom quotations, Asia Direct items, or product requests beyond catalog quantities and is not valid on past purchases. Free Shipping offers exclude mugs, tumblers, water bottles, bottled water, and plaques. Free Shipping is only offered to destinations within the Continental U.S.

Sample Policy

Our sample policy means you can "try it before you buy it." By sampling our products, such as promotional pens, advertising gifts, and convention bags, you eliminate any concerns about quality, color, and size.

About 98% of our products are available to ship to you without charge to locations within the Continental United States. The "other 2%" are products that, quite frankly, are too expensive for us to give away for free but you can examine these items before you buy. If you provide us with a credit card we will ship the item(s) to you immediately and charge your card. Your card will be credited the amount of your sample(s) if you place an order or return the items within 30 days.

As a business-to-business company, we provide complimentary samples to our customers and prospective customers to assist in evaluating the quality of our custom promotional products. Due to the cost of doing business and our desire to keep prices low for our customers, we reserve the right to decline questionable/non-business sample requests and to limit the number of samples to 5. If you are requesting samples to be shipped to a residential address, prior approval is required. Please chat with us or call (512) 842-5139 to request approval.

If requesting a sample for shipment outside the contiguous United States, please provide us with your UPS or FedEx International Shipping Account number to ensure that all applicable duties and freight are paid. 24 Hour Products

Promotional items that are designated as a FREE 24 Hour product can most often ship the next business day, for no additional charge, with final order and art approval received by 3 PM EST (times vary per product). Actual delivery times will depend upon the final destination location and preferred shipping methods. Please check with a Customer Care Representative for product-specific deadlines.
